Banana Corn Bread
I really like the moistness added by the banana and soy flour.
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the banana and wet ingredients. Pour in a greased baking pan. Cook at 450 ° for about 30 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
I tend to mash the banana in the mixing bowl and add the dry ingredients on top of it to avoid dirtying another dish.
