Love this item! Buying several more for gifts today! I can not do dairy because of asthma. It whips up unsweetened soy milk beautifully. I tried it on soy creamer and had delicous whipped "cream" for my fruit dessert. Of course it will work great on any and all dairy products if you are lucky enough to be able to have them. I also purchased the recipe book sold separately for this product and am looking forward to trying them all.
Works just fine but could be better 4 out of 5 stars.

The unit works and foams the milk but doesn't get it to a consistent frothiness unless the milk is heated first. The unit does clean easily and the CD included to instruct on use could be shorter and easier to understand. I would not buy this item for a gift but it works if you hate dragging out your usual milk frother that will actually heat the milk with steam and do it right.

You can use either ESE pods, or ground coffee with this pump machine. It can brew espresso continuously and has a quick warm-up time when you first get going - a maximum of two minutes. Choose to brew one or two cups at a time, and keep the cups warm on top until they are put into service.
