didn't last 2 out of 5 stars.

Great to have a cheap latte maker and for the six months it worked it made good latte but the milk frother quit working within the first six months. It isn't inexpensive if you have to buy it twice a year. It might be worth trying with the 2-year guarantee.
Piece of junk machine 1 out of 5 stars.

I've had two of these machines. I exchanged the first one bacause every handle on it broke off, the pot, the filter basket, everything just crumbled. The second one went down the same path and tonight the glass pot broke too. I'm looking for one that isn't a piece of junk.
Excelente Capucino 5 out of 5 stars.

Las instrucciones del manual y las medidas que tiene el equipo te hacen preparar un excelente expreso y un muy buen capucino. Compre este producto que no se arrepentiran.
Good toy espresso machine, minor flaws 3 out of 5 stars.

I got this over a year ago thinking, sure, a $30 espresso machine, haha. After hard daily use for most of that period, it's still going.
Granted, it's not a $200+ pump-operated machine. Basically, it does much the same job as those aluminum screw-together espresso pots you stick on the stove, only better, and without the stove, and at close to the same price.
The plastic carafe parts are really cheesy. The retaining clips for the top of the plastic handle and the carafe lid pretty much broke as soon as I looked at them. But the carafe itself has held up well, even though it seems pretty fragile.
And the rest of the unit has chugged along without a problem, even though I don't even do the periodic cleanings you're supposed to do. I have not had the slightest problem with any major part of this unit breaking, backing up, or exploding, and this is after well over 500 run-throughs. I expected this to be a $30 failed experiment, and I have gotten far more than my money's worth out of it.
I'd give it 4 stars if the carafe weren't so incredibly fragile and 5 stars if it did what the more expensive makers do at a fraction of the cost. As it is, 3 stars means it does what it does, and I have no major complaints.
