The brewing is quick and the warming plate function is good, hot enough for me. Only one thing is that when you want to put more water to brew, when you life the 'one-piece cover' on the top, the vapor/water of last brew will fall to the back along the machine body and to cord, so I always wipe after doing that, in case the water into the cord storage. Anyway it's good go use.

Buy this one at Fred Meyer. It's $19.95, plus $9.95 for a Mr. Coffee gold filter basket.

Best buy. If you want better, spend $100 and quit griping. Only enhancement would be a baffle to prevent overflow of water-soaked grounds from basket when making 12 cups.

Repeat: quit griping when you buy an inexpensive item.

I own this grinder (Mr. Coffee IDS76) for over 1 year and have been using it every day. We have owned many kinds of coffee grinders and mills in the past two decades, even including a hand-cranked unit. After balancing quality of coffee ground and maintenance requirement, we have come back to the grinder side over the coffee mills. This coffee grinder is a good balance, easy to operate, take the guessing out of the grinding, spinning side scraping mechanism to loosen all the coffee ground, washable cup, good-looking design, and durable. Compared to all other units I have owned, this one provides the best value. If you are like me who like to have a freshly ground cup of coffee without much fuss, this grinder is a very good option.

I've had my Two-to-Go coffee maker for five years now. I tend to brew one or two batches of coffee per day, and I have had no trouble with the on/off switch as some reviewers did. I also don't have problems with overflowing/uneven filling of coffee mugs, although I did have that happen when the machine was on an uneven surface.

I didn't know that Cuisinart recommended not putting the mugs in the dishwasher, so I used to do that all the time. Water gets inside (in the insulating layer) and leaks out if you do, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The tops stay on securely and don't leak unless the rubber o-ring is out of place. They can be a little difficult to put on though. Of course, I don't mind having to force them on because it makes me believe that the top is secure.

The simplicity of the machine also makes it really easy to clean.

Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the coffee brewed, and the machine pays for itself in a month of not going to a coffee shop. I definitely recommend owning this if you live by yourself. A whole pot of coffee is usually too much for one.

We love this little frother. It produces a lot of froth in just seconds. We've also found you don't need a frothing pitcher with this one, you can just froth your milk in the mug you're going to use, then add the coffee, and the froth floats to the top. Highly recommend it!

I want another one! I use this kitchen tool to froth hot milk or just to stir my drinks. If I am having chocolate milk, I just dip it into my milk and chocolate to stir it up instead of manually doing it. It may sound lazy but it mixes the drink thoroughly, within seconds. Can't beat it. The quality was very good also.

I had read the reviews and was hoping that the good would out weigh the bad on this machine, but ,unfortunately, we received a lemon. It looks like what was wrong with our machine was a common complaint-after unpacking, setting up the machine and watching the dvd on how to operate it, we readied ourselves to have our first cup. We tried to purge the machine-nothing. We tried to get hot water out of the wand-nothing. It was almost like a vacuum block-the machine simply would not uptake any water. Dissapointed-we packed it up and sent it back. The seller was prompt in replying and sending us a UPS label for the return. We wound up buying a DeLonghi Esclusivo and are happy to report great crema and yummy cappucinos.

Purchased in March, used only on weekends since mid-April. Worked as advertised. Loved it, easy to clean, made great frothed milk. Very disappointed that it no longer works. Have contacted Keurig customer support and see what they will do. Three months is not an acceptable life span for this product.

I absolutely love this little gadget. I didn't have any of the problems that were listed below. I leave it on the counter and every morning while my coffee is quickly brewing in my keurig, I froth my milk in the frother. Pour them together and leave for work with my coffee that is just as good as any coffee shop, with very little effort.

Before Keurig I had a massive coffee maker with a milk frothing attachment on the side. As much as I love lattes, capps, and I really love Chai. I only used it a few times, because it was far too cumbersome to clean and use. I'd get milk everywhere, and the coffee didn't brew well anyway.

I love brewing Chai Tea and adding in the steamed milk, or steaming the powder. It's just all around a great little product.

we bought this Braun KF580 Aroma Deluxe 10cup cofeemaker several months ago. And, I'm so sorry we did!! this machine brew coffee very fast, resulting in a very weak taste. We have to use 2 filters and double the dose of coffee than usual(believe me, a bag of coffe goes very fast at this speed) and still can't have a good cup of coffee. You can't even have that good smell of coffee in the house when brewing, it is such a disapointment for us. It's to a point that I surch for another coffeemaker now. If you like to wake up and smell coffee in the house and drink a good cup of coffee with a rich aroma, DON'T buy this model its a waste of money.

I've owned several stove top espresso makers, and this one made decent espresso. I think this was my second or third Bialetti. It was fairly quick, relative to another larger one I own, but in the end the steel on the bottom cracked and water started spewing out all over the place rather than syphoning up to the top for coffee. I think the steel also thinned out, because the whole base seemed to get hotter than it used to and would shoot heat up the side and burn it into a whitish color. The design is functional - the knob on top doesn't get hot, the rubber ring didn't flake out like the Venus one I had, and the tilted handle doesn't sit over the flame like on some others, but in its last days this too got really hot. So while it's cheaper than some others, mine didn't last as a long term investment. I'm scaling up to another one. Hopefully that'll last longer than this one, which only lasted like 5 years.

ive had this machine for 3 years... the first one i got had a defective frother and they sent me a new machine.. then it worked pretty well until the frother died on me again and it was no longer covered under warranty. so i had to buy a stand alone frother. then recently the turning mechanism broke on me.. it just popped right off and its about 100 dollars to fix.. im replacing it with a nespresso machine.

but during the time the espresso machine was working it tasted great.

My wife & I have had several coffee/espresso makers over 30 years. We were coffee drinkers before it became popular here in the greater Seattle area. However, this is the most I have ever spent on a coffee/espresso maker. We have had this espresso machine now since January 2010, today is June 1, 2010. A period of time with everyday use is the best judge of any product. This product takes very little skill to make a great cup of coffee, easy to use, easy to clean. After the first week, we placed our drip coffee maker in storage. We thought at first we would use both drip/espresso coffee makers. Forget it! Ditch the drip machine! This machine makes as good or better espresso than what we can buy from our local coffee stand. I have made cofffee/espresso for friends & relatives and they like the coffee way better than drip. We never spent over $100 on a machine until we bought this, but if you like coffee it is well worth the expense for the latte's this machine produces. Use a fine grind for best results.
If you make regular stops for coffee (we never have) you could pay for this in 5 months. That is; 5 coffee stops a week X 20 average a month X $3 a cup = $60. Cost to buy $299 divided by 60 = 5 months. For a single stop for 1 person a day, so double the benifit for 2 people makes the break even point in 2 1/2 months.
I highly recomend this great product.
