I have just recieved this item, it look little bit big from picture, however it works well, so far I will see how long last,

I initially thought that a large, non-commercial model would be just as good, and using this was just an experiment. That's not true at all, though This model heats up faster, heats more evenly, and allows for a more precise range of heat than the models I've used in the past. I would absolutely recommend it.
