Came as pictured, but doesn't keep drinks that hot and the "on" indicator light is almost impossible to see if it is on or off, unless the room is completely dark. This item needs to be re-designed to allow more heated plate and a much better indicator light.

This little burner has the wattage to keep beverages hot! It took alot of searching to find this one and it's worth every penny.

I did a lot of debating over this purchase as the reviews were very mixed, but I'm glad I decided to purchase it. The heater does a good job of keeping coffee toasty warm until finished. I'm not a fast drinker, but I also like to enjoy. It worked well enough for my needs. No, I don't think it would heat a cold cup of coffee and it won't keep it steaming hot for hours on end, but overall, it's worth the price. The cup is nothing special and not at all necessary.

What's there to say about a mug warmer? It keeps my mug warm! My only complaint (which is minor) is that it is only big enough for a normal-sized mug. If you have a big mug, it won't fit on the mug-warmer.

I suppose that it might be nice to have an automatic-off feature, in case you absent-mindedly leave it on, but it's not a feature I've needed yet.

I drink my coffee slowly. I drink too much because I keep adding more to heat it up, and I'm still not all that happy with it.

So I bought this little cup warmer and am thrilled at how well it works. It keeps the coffee very hot and can warm up liquids even if it says it can't (assuming they're not cold). Not sure the taste improves as it sits there and stays hot/cooks some more, but I have to say my coffee is nice and warm and I'm one very happy camper. I ordered some more for gifts.

Service from the third-party vendor (Farm & Home Supply) was really fast and perfect -- but ridiculously expensive. The shipping and handling cost over $11.00. Almost as much as the product. If I could have found it locally, I would have bought it. Can't find any stores that carry this, even the ones whose websites say they carry it don't have it in stock.

I really appreciate this warmer during the night when I don't want to get up to go to the fridge, possibly having to turn a light on, to get a bottle while the kid is screaming, then still have to warm it while the kid is still screaming. You do have to play around with the water amounts, but my child doesn't have to have it "just right," he only wants the coldness edge taken off. I've never had it warm a bottle too much, actually. I do find that it is somewhat inconsistent. Just make sure to check the temp before giving a bottle to the baby.

Seriously, this product is not bad. Read the directions and use some practice times before you set it up for night use. I use it everynight in my daughters upstairs bedroom. It saves running downstairs for a bottle or having her cry through the house as I take her downstairs. The lids on the water holders are snug as to hold the water in. As long as you get the bottle warming THEN pick up your baby then you're fine. The warmer will warm a bottle different each time depending on when you made it, i.e. has it been in the fridge for 1 hour or 6 hours? It will be colder the longer it has been in the fridge thus not warming the same as a bottle just made an hour ago. As I said, practice a bit to find what works and it's a good product to use. Also, do not heat bottles with the nipples etc. on, leave the bottle top open. And if you use the Dr. Browns the 80z DO fit in it you just can not have a cap on it in the cold area. I use this everyday and it works great for me.

The 1 star is for the price, not product...
This product has been available for years. Recently it has been difficut to find in local stores. It's perfect for dorm or desk use...tea, instant coffe, soup, oatmeal, etc.
However, it can be purchased @ BB&B for $19 and the %20 coupon discounts it to about $17 with tax. The shipping was waived because I ordered it from the store.
It's a nice product, but Amazon having the best price with shipping at $29 is close to double what you can get it for. The other on-line vendor prices are even worse! I have gotten some great buys from Amazon, but this is not one of them.

It's Lukewarm at best - also watch out for the return policy 1 out of 5 stars.

The original product description of this item said it would "keep that beverage or soup HOT," but after I emailed the seller saying that it definitely didn't keep beverage hot, only lukewarm, I noticed they changed the description to read "keep that beverage or soup WARM." This is a truer description, but maybe "LUKEWARM" would be even more accurate. There really is no point to the lower setting because the high setting didn't do a very good job, so I didn't even bother with the lower setting. I noticed that on their other site, AsSeenOnTVGuys.com, they still advertise it as keeping beverages hot.

The cup warmer fell short of its advertising, which happens, no big deal, but what bothered me about this seller is that when I went to return it, they responded promptly, but said that the RA# (return number) was only good for 5 business days, making me wonder if they were trying to force people to pay for express shipping, which might discourage them from making legitimate returns. Overall, wouldn't do business with this seller again.

I got this mug warmer set to keep my tea warm at my desk all day and it works great! My drink stays at the perfect temperature as long as I need it to and I don't ever have to worry about it going cold on me. Not only does it work great, the design really livens up my workspace. Some coworkers have even complimented it. I highly reccomend. The little Garfield coffee cartoon book that comes along with it is cute too.
