What a rip-off this device was. I used it about half a dozen times over the course of a summer. After several months of not using it, I discovered in the winter that it wouldn't work anymore. The motor would make a stuck-sounding noise, but the blade wouldn't turn. What a waste of money.

For a moderately priced processor this unit holds a decent amount of ingredients, has a powerful motor, and nice appearance without demanding a lot of counter-space. However, it has an annoying head assembly where the plunger for pushing solid foods into a grater/chopper blade is permanently built into the lid. When will the designers of food processors realize that ease of clean-up is just as important as performance to the consumer. By nature all food processors are a pain to clean, there's no reason to add "features"that further complicate the matter.
