This important blade was not included in the 10S model I bought. The fries end up short due to the limitations of the feed tube, but they're nice and uniform and a good thickness.
Shoestring Fries 4 out of 5 stars.

This disk produces shoestring fries. If you want something larger you'll need to look elsewhere for your preparation tool. To date I have used it only to prepare sweet potato fries but I plan to try using this disk to cut chicken when preparing a meal like fajitas.
THE DESTROYER 1 out of 5 stars.

French fry disc 3 out of 5 stars.

Works great as a julienne cutter for vegetables, but not really a french fry cutter when using sweet potatoes. When using to cut sweet potato french fries, they come out way too thin and are more suitable for ash browns than frys. I will be keeping it, but will be also getting a mandolin for french fryes instead, Oh well! Win some loose some...
Editorial Review:
With this versatile cutting disc, you'll create 1/4-inch square strips of potatoes, zucchini, and turnips for deep frying or baking, coarsely chop tomatoes and onions for salsa, make sticks of celery and carrots and other vegetables for salads and crudités, and cut strips of fruits for salads and preserves.
